  • Why am I seeing a "welcome back, sign in before purchase” message?

At some point, you probably signed up for a free preview and the system recognizes your email address. You have two options to bypass this message and continue with your purchase: 1) Clear your browsing data. Use your current system recognized email address and try to reset your password. –OR– 2) First, clear your browsing data. Refresh the course landing page and retry your purchase. When you get to the payment screen, use a different email address and a different password. If you can use a different computer or a mobile device, this will also help to totally clear any previous visits. This way, you won't get that welcome message and you can pay as normal.

Everyday Vocabulary Builders

Do you know what you want to say, but just can’t find the words? When you start to write, do you struggle to get words on paper? Words in. Words out. To speak and write effectively, you must learn more words. At work, school or in everyday life, you must write something—an email, a report or a note on the bathroom stall. Expanding your vocabulary helps words to flow easily from your mind to a blank page, and improves your overall communication skills. “Everyday Vocabulary” features words that are commonly found in business writing, academic books, and standardized tests, such as the TABE and GED assessments.
